Lesa Horntvedt

A recent recruit to the Real Estate industry Lesa joins the team with a strong background in Marketing Communications and Public Relations. Having started her career in advertising and TV production then moving onto work for various high-end designer brands, she was lured to the fast lane and spent 15 years working in the automotive industry for luxury marques including Land Rover, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Audi and Ferrari. A breadth of experience encompassing all touch-points across brand and consumer marketing Lesa brings to Croll a unique insight into customer experience, the property management process and property marketing. Her leisure time is spent either outrigger paddling or snow skiing two awesome sports which allow her to indulge her passion for travel.
