Brad Longfield

Brad’s passion for real estate started with his first property purchase in Buderim not long after his 21st birthday. A passionate local since 1988, he has seen many changes with the growing population driving new residential developments and infrastructure spending across the Sunshine Coast.

An avid sports fan with high-level involvement in local clubs such as University Rugby Club, his long history on the coast has netted a wide and varied network of friends and colleagues.

Spending time in other areas of Queensland and overseas has given him a unique and broad understanding of people, culture and business. Brad has gained the trust of his clients simply by being a genuine person who ‘tells it how it is’ through open communication, honesty, and straight forward advice.
