Josh Mezger

Josh joined the real estate community after a successful global career in resort development and event management. He achieved a degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado which he has used to forge such successful ventures.

Having grown up between Japan, the United States and New Zealand, Josh feels that his multicultural background adds a cosmopolitan spice to his real estate endeavors. When asked why he entered the real estate community Josh replied, “I have always had a passion for real estate. Equity in property, for most of us, is our largest asset, and the satisfaction found in ensuring successful investments for my clients is paramount.”

In addition to his vast marketing, sales, and negotiation experience, Josh is fluent in the Japanese language. Having achieved over $300 million sold internationally in the last few years, he uses these and other skills to represent premium properties throughout Australia & New Zealand as well as the whole of California.

Josh is a current member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, as well as a former member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, the National Association of Realtors (United States), the California Association of Realtors, the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
