Chris Kazonis is the Principal of S Drakos Real Estate and has been selling real estate in the inner south side suburbs of Brisbane since 1980.
Having grown up in West End, Chris attended West End State School and Brisbane State High School. In 1982 Chris obtained his real estate licence and then in 1986 completed his Diploma of Real Estate Valuation to become a Registered Valuer.
Whilst Chris has sold property (residential and commercial) all over Brisbane, his expert knowledge of the inner south side suburbs and in particular West End, Highgate Hill, South Brisbane, Dutton Park, and Woolloongabba is unsurpassed. He sold some properties four and five times during his selling career.
His exceptional property knowledge, his honesty and reputation is valued throughout the real estate industry. He offers impeccable service to his Sellers and Purchasers. He has gained the respect of many home owners and investors many of whom have become repeat clients.
