Dan He is the Sales Director of Auta Group, overseeing residential sales and the long-term property management division across Adelaide’s metropolitan market.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Dan has helped hundreds of families successfully buy and sell their homes, while also advising developers and investors on new homes, off-the-plan projects, and complex residential transactions. His experience spans luxury homes, established residences, and development-focused sales, giving clients a clear strategic advantage at every stage of the process.

Since joining Auta Group in 2019 as one of its original Sales Managers, Dan has played a key role in building and leading high-performing teams, refining sales systems, and strengthening the business’s reputation for professionalism and results. Under his leadership, Auta Real Estate was recognised with the REISA Silver Award (Small Agency category) in 2024, followed by the REISA Bronze Award (Small Agency category) in 2025.

Known for his calm, direct approach and strong market knowledge, Dan is particularly valued for his ability to provide honest advice, manage negotiations with confidence, and guide vendors through high-value or time-sensitive sales. He believes clear communication and well-considered strategy are essential to achieving the best outcome for every client.
