Gayl Smythe

Gayl has over ten years’ experience in the field of Property Management, and although mainly in Perth, she has now been a part of the JMW team for over four years, after a decision to move to the desirable country lifestyle of the south west.

Highly skilled in the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, immense care and attention to detail are a high priority for Gayl. She strives to maintain an efficient, thorough and streamlined service to owners, tenants and contractors alike. JMW real estate appreciate her passion for property, as well as her friendly and approachable nature.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Gayl enjoys travelling, photography, flying her drone and spending time with her daughters and grandson. New experiences are high on Gayl’s agenda and she plans to pursue many more adventures, including venturing out more in her newly acquired camper.
