I would highly recommend Alex as a professional, calm, non 'hysterical' agent. Irrespective of the commission- you will receive attentive and professional service, regular updates and assurance of all marketing and engagement strategies employed. Alex is also instrumental in liasing with property managers, trades, and property stylists. Clients are not prioritised according to potential commission- you will get fabulous service for an entry level property or at the top end of the market. This level of integrity cannot be flawed, and you will not be nauseated by slick agent pitch! Give Alex a go- you won't be disappointed.

Alex got the job done under difficult circumstances.

Little did we envisage that selling our unit would occur during such a difficult time with all the Covid 19 virus restrictions. Alex maintained his momentum even when potential buyers didnt show up.
