Kate Morgan

Kate Morgan began her real estate career on the northern beaches of Sydney in 2000. She moved back to the South Coast and opened her own office in 2003 which she helped grow from a small team of 5 to one of the biggest, most successful teams on the South Coast. 10 years later, it was time to take a break, enjoy time with her family and travel around Australia.

In 2018 Kate joined the Ray White Gerringong team and became a principal and licensee of the office in January 2019. Kate is enjoying being back in real estate and loves the satisfaction of achieving great sales for her clients and helping people reach their real estate goals in the local Gerringong area.

Kate’s previous sales and business success has been a result of hard work, knowledge of all aspects of real estate and excellent communication with her clients. This was acknowledged by winning many awards including Young Business Person of the Year and Business of the Year in the Shoalhaven Business Awards.

Kate believes in making the sales process as stress free as possible. “I am committed to making sure I have done everything possible to get the best results for my clients. I believe in giving great service, helping people honestly and keeping my clients informed every step of the way”.
