John Rechichi

John has been an LJ Hooker Admiral since 1995 and was an original partner when the company first commenced in 1981. With decades of experience, John holds extensive expertise in unit development, land subdivisions and englobo land marketing.

He currently works closely with a wide range of developers across the Perth metropolitan area and is always happy to provide advice on residential development opportunities.

John’s longstanding commitment to the community is reflected through his involvement in numerous organisations and initiatives, including:

Past President of the Armadale/Nerrigin Brook Rotary Club

Past President of the Southern Districts Rotary Club (2013–2014)

Has had active participation in various real estate information committees, including REIWA public inquiries

Twice awarded the Rotary Paul Harris Fellow

Recipient of the Rotary International Four Avenues of Service Citation for Individual Rotarians

Invitation to serve as Patron of the Thornlie Football and Sports Club (Inc)
