Nicholas is a local agent with many years of local experience in different market conditions.

His real estate career has spanned over booming markets, stable markets, and a recession that we had to have according to the prime minister at the time. He is an accredited licensed estate agent and auctioneer. He commenced his real estate career in 1978 and his first sale was The Ascot Vale Cinema on the corner of Union Rd and The Parade for a sale price of $180,000. Back then that was a superb result. Nicholas has been a resident in the City of Moonee Valley since 1965 and attended local schools in Ascot Vale, Moonee Ponds and Essendon, before attending University. He has always enjoyed dealing in real estate and making dreams come true for both vendors and buyers as well as commercial landlords and tenants. He has always helped charity organizations and conducted many charity auctions to raise funds for worthy causes such as Make a Wish, Rotary clubs and others. He was president of a large Italian club for 11 consecutive years and helped to grow the club’s activities to help locals.
