Cheryl Oprandi

Cheryl has been in Real Estate for 11 years, and an Auctioneer for the last 3 years. Cheryl began her working life as a teacher, before going on to lecture in Science at WA universities and Manchester University in England. All this has given her the professional touch needed in researching, marketing and analysing property values, and the excellent listening skills required to guide buyers and sellers to achieve a mutual goal. Over the last 2 years, Cheryl has had a very strong involvement in the sales and consulting of development sites, ranging from duplex sites to apartment complexes, and large parcels of land with development potential.

Being a real estate agent is a lifestyle which involves the whole family. Cheryl's husband Ray and her two sons have assisted her where possible over her time in real estate.

Ray Oprandi

Ray is a registered sales agent, and comes equipped with over 30 years of negotiating and organisational skills. Prior to his role in real estate, he worked in Engineering with ABB, Emmerson and GE, travelling extensively whilst involved in many projects, both globally and locally. Ray's managerial and technical background has led to an exceptional attention to detail. Such attention, combined with his excellent interpersonal skills, methodical assessments and calm nature has proven to be key when dealing with clients.
