Leah Gelder

Leah was born in Queensland and moved to the Northern Territory in 2004. She commenced her Real Estate career with KG Young & Associates as a Property Manager’s Assistant and after obtaining skills and abilities in this role, she took the next step and began studying for her Agent’s Representative License becoming licensed in 2015.

Leah’s aim is to maximise each landlord's investment property by providing regular updates on the progress of their property, changes within the industry and the current market. She is a talented juggler of many tasks, keeping both owners and tenants satisfied.

Leah recognises that excellent organisational skills, an approachable manner and relationships built on trust are all key components of what makes a true professional in real estate.

Leah boasts a friendly, positive attitude, coupled with above-average customer service skills, giving her the ability to build relationships with existing clients and tenants, as well as potential new ones.
