Christopher's areas of expertise include Commercial Property, asset and facilities management. He has spent his professional life with both Jones Lang LaSalle, KPMG, and Michael Martino Real Estate specializing in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Asset Management and Finance. He has managed premium commercial real-estate for clients including Westpac, Bankwest, Growthpoint, City Beach, Telstra, Metcash, IGA, Singapore Airlines and City Bank.
His role today as Director of Sales and Leasing at ProProperty Group has provided great experience in the commercial and residential industries and he prides himself on service delivery to ensure Client satisfaction.
Through the management of large commercial real-estate he has also been involved in acquiring tenants and negotiating leasing and selling contracts with the ability to achieve the best possible outcome for his Clients. He has transferable skills which he has applied to managing, leasing and selling commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Through his personal life he has been involved in an array of investing projects, ranging from small renovations, Residential and commercial unit developments, Strata Subdivisions and the list goes on.
