Keith Wiseman commenced his real estate experience in 1980 when he opened Keith Wiseman Real Estate office at Thompsons Corner West Pennant Hills.
As a past Board member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and a local resident of West Pennant Hills as well as the Upper North Shore for over 30 years, Keith has an indepth knowledge of Sales, Property Management and Valuations.
As an Independent Real Estate Agent Keith is able to combine his corporate experience to provide personalised service to landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
Keith's corporate experience includes developing a National Property Management Manual and Training Program for Elders Real Estate Australia, National Group Franchise Manager for Richardson & Wrench and a Director of Richardson & Wrench St Ives Property Management Pty Ltd.
As a Registered Valuer, Keith gained his initial valuation experience with the NSW Valuer General’s Department. He represented many local property owners of West Pennant Hills, Beecroft and Carlingford when the State Government widened Pennant Hills Road and acquired the land for the M2. Recently Keith has completed numerous valuations for non-resident property owners due to the changes in legislation by the Federal Government.
Keith has successfully operated a large property management portfolio with properties throughout Sydney and NSW. Specialising in residential and commercial property management and sales, Keith’s extensive real estate experience ensures the best outcome for his clients. Through his professional and ethical approach he consistently achieves outstanding results.
