Michelle’s love affair with Real Estate commenced many decades ago in this very same business.

Working at that stage in the Heywood office and with a great industry mentor, Michelle watched and learnt what is important to not only run a successful business but how to survive the daily challenges that dealing with the public can provide – and that being to always have “the care factor”.

Michelle became a director of the company in 2005, and enjoyed many years working along side some great business partners and leaders whom have become lifelong friends. Also over the years Michelle has been joined in the business by husband Kevin, daughter Ebony, daughter in law Katrina and Son’s Ben and Josh, and the business is now officially owned by the family.

Sitting aside Ben, Ebony and Katrina who are all Directors to plan and run the business is something that makes Michelle very proud. The foundation of our business is based on a strong mutual respect and we are open to learning from each other’s knowledge and strengths in their areas of expertise.

These days Michelle works predominately from home but her role as financial administrator still keeps her busy and her tasks include Sales Trust accounting, settlement statements, Payroll, and many other internal book keeping tasks. She still loves to attend the office to catch up with everyone and give advice or assistance when required.
