Brad Conder

Trustworthy and hardworking, Brad Condor is enthusiastic about Real Estate and is passionate about the Dandenong Ranges, which stems from having resided in the area all his life, 30 years and counting. Brad began working in Real Estate to combine his love for property with his passion for looking after his clients in what can sometimes be the most stressful time of their lives. With his kind and caring nature, Real Estate was the ideal profession to combine his interests and natural abilities to connect with sellers and buyers alike. Brad has been involved with the Belgrave South Football Club nearly all of his life and was the 2017 Vice Captain of the senior team. His competitive nature has also seen him have a love for race motorbikes and started his working career as a motorbike mechanic. With family also within the industry and growing up with his parents being keen investors, Brad understands what the experience of selling and buying means to every individual and takes pride in knowing he has made the process easy and enjoyable. He decided to bring his expertise to Chandler & Co Real Estate so he could grow professionally and personally in the area that he loves.
