Matt Maguire

Following the family tradition, Matt Maguire joined John Henderson Professionals in 2017 bringing with him keen enthusiasm and a fresh approach to the industry.

Since Matt’s start in Real Estate 7 years ago, he has been involved in more than 300 property transactions to date amounting to over half a billion dollars’ worth of property sold!

Specialising in the suburbs of Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach, Miami, Mermaid Waters and Burleigh Waters - Matt is well versed in all types of property whether it be residential or commercial.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Matt worked in a variety of jobs from drafting and selling cattle in Western Queensland and working in many factories within the Gold Coast region.

In late 2014, he moved into the direct sales field and immediately excelled to the country’s top 1% of sales agents within his industry whilst raising over $1,000,000 for local charities around Queensland (Including Surf Life Saving, RSL, Mater Hospital and the Smith Family).

Growing up locally on the Gold Coast and being a TSS Old Boy, Matt has set his sights on giving his all to the community when it comes to the sale of their property, specialising in residential sales within the central Gold Coast area.
