Hugh Gilbert began his real estate career in Office Services, gaining valuable experience across both the Melbourne and Sydney markets before transitioning to the Industrial & Logistics sector in Melbourne’s West in 2018. Since then, Hugh has developed a strong focus on the institutional market, specialising in properties 5,000sqm and above.

With a sharp analytical mindset, Hugh dedicates much of his time to collating and presenting market data to institutions and occupiers, helping guide strategic decision-making with clarity and precision. His ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies has made him a trusted advisor in the sector.

In addition to his client-facing role, Hugh co-manages the Colliers North West Industrial team, overseeing a group of fourteen operators and support staff. His leadership, market expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to drive strong outcomes for both clients and the broader team.
