Kristine De Santis

Kristine forms an intrinsic part of the fabric of the culture at JacksonRowe and is charge of a broad range of duties from overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and training new staff to fine tuning agency procedures. The go-to person for both staff and clients when they need help or advice, Kristine upholds the values and team-based structure at the agency. With 35 years’ industry experience and in her current role since 2008, Kristine runs the property management and sales teams with regular training groups and one-on-one sessions as well as overseeing accounts and compliance issues. She is currently the office Licensee-in-charge.
