Buxton Calvin is one of the most hard working and respected agents in the Whitehorse area. With a superior level of customer service and highly approachable manner, he is a key member of the Buxton Group, with peers admiring his aspiring work ethic.

During the 2018 financial year, being his first year in Real Estate, Calvin was awarded with the accolade of the Rising Star Award, across the Buxton Real Estate Group which comprises of over 400 sales staff. RateMyAgent also awarded him with the ‘Agent of the Year’ award for the Box Hill North Area, based on clients’ testimonials and sales results.

Calvin is a former Scotch College and Melbourne High School student who was born and raised in the eastern suburbs, therefore, he knows the area and local community like the back of his hand. Calvin brings a deep local knowledge and easily connects with people, whether in his native English, or in fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.

Calvin’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from The University of Melbourne. He has in-depth knowledge and expertise in market trends, timing the sale of the property to its highest potential and marketing it correctly; which leads to a difference of tens of thousands of dollars to his clients results.

Calvin also has Certificates 3 and 4 in Personal Training and in his downtime loves to exercise and enjoy the park trails that the City of Whitehorse has to offer.
