About Margaret Longhurst

Hi, I'm Margaret Longhurst and I've been at Blowes Real Estate since 2016.
At first I started out as the assistant to Chris Tyack, our Residential Sales expert, but working in a small business means that I've also gained plenty of experience in the property management side of real estate. While I still work side-by-side with Chris, I've really found my niche in Commercial Property Management.
I really enjoy working with "small" investors - that is, investors who own 1-5 properties and are looking for someone to provide "service with a smile" ... or in other words, a property manager who treats their investment as more than just "another property to manage".
