A constant focus on high standards in customer service and satisfaction is the driving force behind Andrew Heard’s role, as one of the Directors of MMJ North. Alongside Team Phipps, Andrew leads a team of like-minded professionals who are leaders in Property Management in the Illawarra region.

Andrew is a proven performer who leads by example when it comes to growing his knowledge on the industry and constantly improving in every asset of management. Since starting his career in Real Estate in 1999, he has brought a refreshingly honest approach to real estate which lead him to becoming a Director in 2009. His personal attention to detail provides service to his clients, that always exceeds owner’s expectation.

Known for being more than just a licenced real estate agent, Andrew has built a strong reputation based on having an in-depth knowledge and intimate understanding of residential and commercial property management in the Illawarra and the wider region, as well as a genuine ability to help people succeed in their property goals.

Andrew has a keen interest in photography, enjoys the warm weather and seeing as much of Australia’s regional areas as possible.
