For Bec, providing the highest level of service to her clients forms the backbone of her success in real estate.

‘Taking the time to understand each of my clients, their needs and what they are looking to achieve enables me to do my job well,’ says Bec. ‘It’s also one of the most enjoyable and rewarding parts of my career to date.’

Since joining the team, Bec has achieved consistently high results for her clients. Much of her work comes from repeat clients and referrals from happy vendors and purchasers, a testament to her high skill level and commitment to service.

For the past 4 years running, Bec has been recognised by independent review site Rate My Agent as 'Agent of The Year (Cowes)'. Bec has consistently achieved Ray White Premier or Elite Performer status over the past 5 years - placing her within the top 11% or Ray White Sales agents. In the 21/22 year Bec was named Number 1 Sales Agent in Regional VIC/TAS, which is an accolade that she is most proud of.

Previously, Bec worked in banking, where she believes she developed a range of customer service skills which have been transferable to the real estate industry.

Outside of the office, Bec enjoys travel, design and spending time with her family.
