About Matthew Herrett
Matt is one of the most respected agents in the commercial property industry, with more than 30 years’ experience.
Prior to co-founding Link, Matt forged an impressive career with global organisations Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and CB Richard Ellis.
Matt is passionate about property, and possesses an unparalleled insight into the NSW industrial market. He specialises in the dynamic logistics sector.
Real estate is in Matt’s blood – coming from a real estate family is what inspired him to initiate the Link partnership. “For me, property has always been about people. With Link, I’m able to really get back to the people side of the business – by far the most important aspect.”
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Land Economics (Hons) (UTS), which he concluded with a thesis on Industrial Location Theory.
Matt’s private life is equally as busy, with a young family of four children: Aston, Stella, Archie and Lucinda keeping him well and truly on his toes.
