On the 3rd March 2003, Joe Di Claudio opened Dowling Real Estate Mayfield. Joe brings to Dowling Property Group over 30 years of experience, an excellent reputation and an enthusiastic approach to all facets of Real Estate. Joe has completed an Associated Diploma of Business, specialising in Real Estate Valuation and has now been a registered Valuer since 1998. Joe’s honesty hard work and passion is what makes him such a successful Real Estate Agent and is highly respected in the industry by both his peers and clients. Joe’s passion from a young age has been football. He played as a young child into his adult life and is a big Newcastle Jets fan. He is happily married to his lovely wife and they have a son who follows in his dads footsteps as a football superstar. Joe lives in the Mayfield/Warabook area and loves the local community.
