Blake was born on the Gold Coast and completed his schooling at All Saints Anglican School before being awarded the Bartercard Scholarship which enabled him to further his education at Bond University where he completed a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing which provided a great foundation with subjects ranging from direct and social media marketing through to negotiation.

Blake has been and still is heavily involved in sport and believes that the skills, habits and attitudes formed through the involvement in team sports directly translates to success in real estate these include dedication, hard work and being able to co-operate with others to achieve a common goal.

Blake has been working in the family owned business on and off since he was 16 years old where he first worked a couple of hours on a Saturday morning doing admin for extra pocket money. Since graduating from University he spent his first 6 Months working as a Property Manager as there was a temporary void left there due to a Property Manager taking maternity leave, though this was never his long term goal it did give him a better insight into the Real Estate industry as a whole. Since starting full-time in Sales in September 2016 to the end of 2017 his first 15 Months Blake effected the sale of 28 Properties with the total sales value of those properties being over $15 Million.

Moving forward Blake will look to build upon this start and continue to be innovative and challenge traditional Real Estate Marketing approaches to not only provide a unique option but also the most effective option for someone looking to sell their property.
