Wayne Dennis

Wayne started his real estate career in 1980 in Melbourne where he quickly progressed to the position of sales manager, and then branch manager and director. On moving to Sydney in 1987 it was natural he would gravitate to a position in real estate located at Double Bay.

Now 14 years later, Wayne is still working in Double bay where he specialises in project marketing for Charles & Stuart. Wayne has promoted and sold many of Charles & Stuart's premier developments and as a strong believer in what he sells - he lives in one of these developments!!!

A strong commitment to customer service and to matching the person to the property Wayne focuses on finding just the right property for each client. Many of his clients return time after time to seek his advice before adding to their portfolio and they bring their listings to him when they decided to sell something they own.
