Raised in South Duncraig and living in Carine with his wife Carolyn and their two much-loved sons, Matt understands the vast benefits of living in the local area. The proximity to the wonderful Open Space, the terrific local shops, the incredible beaches "over a sand dune" and the great local schools. Matt himself attended Carine Senior High School, where his younger son is now attending. Matt has known this area over 4 decades, like the back of his hand...Matt's knowledge of Carine, Duncraig and the surrounding suburbs is invaluable when talking with prospective buyers interested in your property.

Always passionate about houses, real estate and people, Matt always wanted to become a Real Estate professional. Matt obtained tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Commerce to prepare him for his dream job.

Matt is now a licensed real estate agent with a Triennial Certificate in Real Estate with a career that has spanned three decades. Matt has received many REIWA and other industry awards.

Matt relaxes by gardening, running along one of the wonderful northern beaches, cycling or playing with his beloved dog. He and Carolyn have lovingly renovated their circa 1979 gem in Carine and are happy to have put their boots up having finished the job!
