Felix has lived and worked on the Bellarine Peninsula for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of real estate experience and local knowledge, along with an unbridled passion for the industry.

Previous to moving down to the Bellarine Peninsula, Felix grew up in Melbourne, living and working in Australia's oldest Arts centre 'Montsalvat' in Eltham. He is also involved in Old Carey Grammarians and is a keen golfer.
