Louise is the glue that binds Gross Waddell ICR Residential and makes it operate seamlessly on behalf of our clients.

Louise has over ten years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry with extensive knowledge across Residential Houses, Penthouses & Apartment Sales and Off Plan Sales.

In her role at Gross Waddell ICR Residential, Louise is Executive Assistant to Richard Cookesley, ensuring the smooth running of each successful project. Her role provides accurate reporting functions to our developer clients. She maintains the Property Platform project availability which runs live 24 hours a day. Louise enjoys coordinating the marketing of our residential sales and has great attention to detail. Her passion for real estate and the ability to multi task ensures the marketing and sales process run accurately.
