Dan joined Knight Frank in 2015, specialising in Industrial Investment Sales, Land Subdivisions and Design and Construct proposals for an array of private and institutional clients and has been active in the property industry since 2008.

In 2023, Dan became a Partner within the business, having consistently achieved outstanding revenue achievements across an impressive transaction resume. Developing a highly regarded reputation as an industry leader in the Newcastle industrial markets, Dan has shown a tenacious work ethic that has resulted in consecutive successful years.
