Richard has a strong interest in project and development sales establishing solid relationships with prominent developers, investment groups and financiers.

Richard began his real estate career during the mid-eighties with the goal of running his own agency, this dream was realised by the late 1990s. Today he is a hands-on Director guiding Ray White offices in Mosman, Cammeray and Crows Nest with departments specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Property Management, Projects & Developments, Retail & Commercial Sales, Retail & Commercial Property Management, Specialised Strata Sales through Urban Living by Ray White and Ray White’s own mortgage broking arm, Loan Market.
