PRD are very fortunate to have a person of the calibre of Abby Cooper involved with the management of our rental portfolio.
Based at our Montrose office, Abby is responsible for the day to day management of many of the offices City and Eastern Shore rental properties. Her detailed knowledge of tenancy law and property management procedures makes her a capable leader in this role. Abby is a reliable, dependable and responsible, she goes about her work diligently in a caring, competent and professional manner.
Abby was born in Hobart and has lived in Mount Nelson, Sandy Bay and Lindisfarne. Abby went to school at Mount Nelson Primary and St Michaels Collegiate. She has a background in the hospitality industry before moving to property management nine years ago. In her spare time Abby enjoys swimming, running and spending time with friends.
Abby has always had an interest in Real Estate, and this was sparked when she went on work experience at a Real Estate office in 2006. Abby enjoys her role in property management because it is an interesting and varied career. She enjoys helping people, taking on the responsibility of managing her landlord's properties and has completed her Diploma in Property Services. Abby can be relied upon to work tirelessly to meet and exceed her clients and customer’s needs.
