Karen Andrews

Karen has 31 years of successful, hands-on experience in the Property Industry, the last 17 specialising in the sale and leasing of Commercial Property, in particular office accommodation and related uses. She has a long and successful history of selling investment property!

While supervising a small team of professional sales people, Karen’s principle activities have been assisting clients to sell or rent their properties, and conversely, assisting potential investors and tenants to relocate into property better suited to their needs. This work is the “love of her life”. During the GFC (global financial crisis) she assisted many in down-sizing projects!

Currently she is working with a variety of clients as they seek a better outcome for their business or investment dollar. Due to her day-to-day experience at “the coal face” Karen is able to answer questions with firsthand knowledge - this has proved to be very helpful for investors during the decision making process. Sitting on the Lin Andrews Group Board equips Karen with a management over-view of the “real” economy, which many clients feel is of benefit as they seek her counsel.

Lin Andrews Property Group has staff members with expertise in a wide range of property matters. Karen will assess your property needs and collect relevant data. If an issue is outside of her area of specialty she will facilitate an introduction to the staff member (or team) most suited to provide the best possible outcome.
