Peter Green is Co-Principal of Laing+Simmons Miranda and leads the sales team with his extensive experience in residential, property development sales and project marketing. Peter has assisted many local owners and buyers through local zoning mazes in the Shire, whilst also working with project marketers and developers taking their developments from DA Approval to successful pre-sales and on to stress free settlements.
Peter has an extensive advertising and marketing background, assisting some of Australia's largest property groups. This ensures you will receive the best possible advice with your property marketing via Laing+Simmons Miranda's extensive database of qualified buyers and sellers. Peter has a great deal of experience in negotiating and securing sales at the highest possible price in the quickest amount of time.
Peter is also a Director on the Board of Laing + Simmons Corporation which is now owned by tight knit group of other Franchisees and Corporate Executives.
Peter currently holds a Real Estate and Auctioneers License as required by the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act (2002).
