Christine is the Grand Daughter of the original founder, George, and has witnessed firsthand the rapid growth of Torquay and the ever-changing nature of the real estate industry.
From its humble beginnings, 40 properties and hand typed rental statements to 250 properties and ever evolving IT systems, Christine is still managing many of the original properties for their owners.
Currently a Senior Property Manager at McCartney Real Estate, Christine holds a wealth of knowledge within the industry. A property manager for the last 15 years, Christine possesses the talent of an excellent negotiator, having the ability to work through any situation with a minimum of stress and disruption.
Christine is diligent, proficient and professional and thrives on providing excellence in service to both landlords and tenants. Her constant focus and commitment to her role is reflected by achieving a minimum of rental arrears and turnover of tenancies.
Christine is optimistic and ambitious toward the next phase of McCartney’s journey, where she can continue to welcome new clients and the associated professional relationships that follow.
