About Brad Caldwell-Eyles
26 years experience
Over the years, Brad Caldwell-Eyles has been bestowed many awards for his state-wide, national and international sales achievements. He has set many property sales records across the Eastern Suburbs and is a published property commentator and sales trainer. It is, however, the reams of testimonials provided by his many delighted clients of which Brad is most proud. Professional, respectful, communicative, understanding, tenacious and ultimately results-driven are all themes that consistently emanate from these client letters.
Born in northern NSW and attending country boarding school (Farrer), Brad has retained that rural charm that has resulted in his being regarded as one of the "nice guys" of Eastern Suburbs real estate. His move to St Andrew's College at Sydney University (to read Psychology, English Literature, Philosophy & Law) provided Brad with a broad foundation upon which he has built his supremely successful approach to the business of selling property.
As Principal of 1st City with his co-director Julian Hasemer, Brad strives to imbue into every component of the business and each member of the team those characteristics which have made Brad one of Sydney's most respected sales professionals.
Brad specialises in representing all residential real property within the regional triangle that extends between Potts Point, Watson's Bay and to Coogee (including Darling Point, Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Bondi & Vaucluse).
Approachable, informed, strategic and highly accomplished - Brad (ph 0414 246 625) should be your first call to satisfy each of your property needs.
