Jonathan Kilborn

Having grown up in Sydney Jonathan commenced his real estate career working for Ray White Residential in Sydney in 2001.

However, it wasn’t until moving to Perth and teaming up with Con Passaris he established a strong career specialising in the retail and bulky goods sectors.

Having a broad range of skills, being well presented, acting quickly under pressure, and knowing the importance of good communication, Jonathon made a strong impression on the market and became Conray’s highly respected business partner.

Working with a range of clients, from mum and dad investors with their first commercial asset to State, National and Multinational companies, his role sees him implementing sales and leasing strategies for clients with retail property interests. He understands the specific needs of clients in the retail space and brings an attention to detail, contract experience and solid networks to every transaction.

As a Director of AGORA Property Group Jonathan says their biggest strength is their timely and professional manner, responding to clients promptly and suggesting alternative solutions to structure a deal to maximise the owners’ return and reduce their risk and exposure.
