About Seth Chin

Seth is an expert in real estate and development, with a strong background in sales and acquisitions across various property sectors.
Since 2015, he has been active in the Australian property market, after spending five years in Hong Kong. Seth began his career with CBRE Hong Kong in the commercial sales and leasing team before transitioning to an Investment Manager role at a property fund focusing on acquisitions in Europe and Asia.
As the Managing Director of Chin Property Group, Seth oversees his teams operations across residential, commercial, industrial, and property management. In 2019, he achieved a record strata commercial sale in the Northern Territory, selling a government-leased building on Darwin’s Esplanade for $50 million.
Seth has also led high-end residential transactions, including the highest sale in 2024 of $5.35 million sale in Larrakeyah.
