Belinda Harris

Belinda returned to live in the Central Coast with her husband and 2 daughters in 2003. She soon felt in love with the coastal lifestyle. Belinda worked in Hong Kong as a senior property consultant where she was awarded numerous times as the top sale representative. Belinda also previously worked as a Far East sales and marketing co-ordinator with a German Company With her sales and marketing background and experience in the competitive Hong Kong market, which honed her negotiation skills. She believes in giving incredible service keeping customers for life.

I first started working in the real estate industry in 1994 in Hong Kong. Like most people I was always intrigued by the excitement involved in the sales and marketing and the longing to achieve a fantastic result. I am also driven by the need to have more professional marketer in the industry as I believed the difference between a sales and a marketing professional is anyone can sale a product but not everyone understand how to market a product to get the best outcome.
