Shayna Chapman is the Manager of our Property Investment Services Department and a Director of the business. With over 10 years experience in the leasing and management of residential property Shayna is one of the most respected Property Managers in Dubbo.
Shayna has developed her skills and knowledge in all aspects of property management. With extensive knowledge of the residential rental market, Shayna provides our investor clients with rental appraisals and conducts regular rent reviews to ensure all owners of managed property are obtaining the highest market rent. Shayna obtained her Real Estate Licence in 2011.
