Paul brings to Kevin Hicks Real Estate an extensive knowledge of Rural, Residential and Clearing Sale experience. With over 10 years in real estate and a long dairy farm background, Paul grew up in Katandra West playing and supporting the local footy club. He left school to work on a local dairy farm then moved to share farming before purchasing a dairy farm in Invergordon.

Paul became a real estate agent in 2003 after studying his agents’ representative course, selling his dairy farm and settling in Shepparton with his wife and four children before returning to gain his full real estate license,

Paul is a very experienced auctioneer in both rural and residential property sales and particularly enjoys conducting clearing sales and liaising with farmers.

Paul has been involved in the local community for many years and has strived to achieve excellent service and above all, an honest approach.
