Over the years he has fine-tuned his negotiation skills and is not afraid to have hard conversations with buyers in order to achieve a result well above his vendor’s expectations.

Being an auctioneer while running the sales campaign means he is able to better connect with buyers and coach them into confidently bidding, or getting a solid offer in the event of a ‘past & negotiate’ situation. Dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking, his primary professional goal is to excel in real estate sales and to exceed clients’ hopes, and he has a lot of success through private negotiations.
