Testament to Simon’s reputation and standing within the local community, he has been entrusted to sell some of Port Phillip districts most significant properties, some of which hadn’t been to market in over 70 years. His engaging style as an Auctioneer coupled with astute negotiation skills have played a key role in the many client referrals and repeat business Simon sees.

Simon is proud to support local community organisations, believing they are an important part of the fabric that makes the district so great. He has supported the efforts of the Middle Park Kindergarten and Civic Kindergarten, having auctioneered at their key annual fundraising events over the years.

Outside of business, Simon is a dedicated Demon’s supporter, enjoys a hit of tennis or round of golf with friends and values family time with his partner Lucy and two children.
