Part of the original team that built the Jellis Craig name, Richard is known for his loyalty, tenacity and professionalism. An enviable skill set has underpinned his rise from top salesperson to Associate and then

Director in 2000. His election to the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria is true acknowledgement of his outstanding commitment to his profession.

Having studied Town Planning at Melbourne University and from a family of architects, Richard´s choice of career was hand in glove! He holds an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate and is a recognised top auctioneer who currently holds the record for the highest knock down auction in the company´s history.

Richard grew up in Kew and Hawthorn, was a third generation Scotch student and has a passion for music that led him to play double bass for the Victorian and Australian Opera and Ballet companies. He doesn´t do things by halves!

Spare time is precious and often spent at his favourite spot along the Great Ocean Road with his wife and five children. Richard keeps fit with a personal trainer, enjoys a ride on the long board and time out

nurturing the veggie patch.
