Stephen Ryan is an Associate Director in the Industrial & Logistics team at Colliers, based in the Melbourne North West office. With over six years of experience in Tier 1 construction—progressing from graduate to Project Coordinator/Supervisor—Stephen brings a deep understanding of how buildings come together, which uniquely informs his approach to property transactions.

Since transitioning into commercial real estate, Stephen has built a strong track record across strata office/warehouse leasing and sales, as well as major site transactions. He now specialises in land sales, development site sales, vacant possession sales, and leasing opportunities from 2,000sqm and above.

Stephen’s hands-on experience negotiating with subcontractors, clients, and consultants enables him to deliver real value to vendors and landlords. From listing to finalising a sale or lease, his practical insights and strategic approach ensure a seamless and results-driven process.
