LJ Hooker - St Helens

With a permanent population of around 5,820 people there are probably closer to 7,000 people at any one time and in excess of 13,000 at peak times such as Christmas and Easter. This is because there are a large number of holiday homes in the area and St Helens is a popular Tasmanian holiday icon as well as being an incredibly popular tourist destination.

The mild climate which boasts the warmest mean temperature in the State has approximately the same number of cloud free days as Sydney, is comparable to many parts of South East Australia and many new residents are delighted that they don't have to rush out and purchase a new wardrobe.
