When two long-term friends, Gary Peer and Phillip Kingston, got together in 1986 with the passion and motivation to build one of the most admired real estate agencies in Australia, Gary Peer was the result.

These young men shared a vision to create a locally focused, locally based real estate agency in the area they loved, where they had grown up and knew so well.
