Fee Payment

The realcommercial.com.au Auction Day fees will be invoiced by realcommercial.com.au to the listing agent office at completion of the auction. Payment is due within 30 days.

Withdrawal policy

The full auction fee applies if the property goes to auction, is sold prior to auction or withdrawn from the auction less than 5 working days prior to the auction date.
