He is an accredited certificate IV trainer, an 'accredited auctioneer' with the REI and has served on the REI Auctioneers Chapter committee. He holds the following qualifications:
Glen's career started in the stock and station industry, then an auctioneer for LJ Hooker and as sales director and auctioneer for 17 years at Jones Lang LaSalle.
His experience covers Industrial, Investment, Development and all types of property. Glen is currently consulting to a number of companies as well as acting as a freelance auctioneer. With vast experience as a trainer, vendor consultant, negotiator, as well an auctioneer, he is well positioned to advise on all aspects of the auction process.
Glen has auctioned on behalf of most federal and state government departments, all major banks and finance companies, major investors, all oil companies and indeed all types and styles of private vendors. He has auctioned for all of the major commercial agencies as well as the leading franchise groups and many private real estate agencies.
During this extensive auction experience Glen has conducted major portfolio auctions including satellite auctions to Asia and around Australia, auctions on behalf of rural and interstate agencies and was the instigator of many modern technical advances such as videos presentations.
Glen is highly experienced to advise from 'signing up', assistance with advertising campaigns, vendor briefings, auction floor strategy and contract signing.
